I am trying to eliminate certain line items or categories from my budget view.

For example, i just want to focus on normal monthly expenses and dont want to include college expenses for my kids. The college expenses are "active" as I (usually) pay something every month, but would prefer not to have them in my budget view.

How to eliminate? Thanks!!

On a somewhat related question - is there any way to change the default graph type on the expense graph? The line graph would the multiple categories is a bit of information overload. I would much prefer a bar graph to look at total monthly spend. YNAB had a graph like this that I used quite a bit. You could look at total monthly spend in the "bar" and drill down to individual categories as needed. Thanks!

Bryantag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/484868892020-10-30T16:55:37Z2020-10-30T16:55:37ZExtraneous Budget Line Items

The summary page thermometer graph works like what you want (I think) for expenses and income.

avp2
