Hi Dana,
You can view a list of our supported financial institutions here - http://infinitekind.com/fi
Unfortunately, it appears your bank does not support direct OFX connections, which Moneydance (and other financial software) requires in order to talk directly to a bank.
The best way to get your files into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, OFX or OFC files (aka Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance.
You can also open your bank's download page directly (after entering the appropriate address in the Account --> Edit Account menu) by going to the menu bar and selecting Online --> Open Account Website, which makes the download process easier.
I hope this information is helpful, please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Hi Jenny,
I kind of didn’t think so, but thought it was worth a shot! Manual download will be fine, it’s not a bit deal. I’ve been using Mvelopes for years and their auto download was broken as often as it worked, and they don’t have a manual import option so this is a step up!
Since I have your ear though, I do have another question and a couple of issues if you don’t mind…
1. Is there any way copy a fixed budged amount from month to month without copying any rollover so I have a fixed budget template. Then have any unused funds in a budget category automatically rollover to the next month?
2. When I try and create a bi-weekly budget and enter the budget amount for a category it lowers the budgeted amount by XX cents. For instance, if I enter the amount of $15.00 it may show $14.88. Or it may show $14.95. Or it may show $15.00 This seems to be in the bi-weekly budget only.
3. When I launch the program from the task bar (windows) it doesn’t launch. It did at first, but now I must go into the start menu to launch it.
Thank you,
Dana Richard

Hi Dana,
Unfortunately there's no way to have the budget amount automatically roll over unused money when copying the fixed period. What may be best is to do your budgeting at the end of the month, then choose to either copy over the previous period exactly, or copy and roll over, depending on your spending for the earlier month.
Unfortunately this is a bug in Moneydance. There's an existing ticket in our ticketing system regarding this issue, so I've attached it to this discussion and the developers will be looking into it.
Can you try removing the shortcut from your task bar, and re-creating it from the shortcut in your start menu and see if that works for you?

HI Scott,
A very belated thank you for your responses to my questions. I've got some questions/responses to yours:
1. I understand this. Is it something that is planned for future revisions? As well, are there any plans to enable managing individual categories such as rolling over excess on a category basis instead of on the entire budget?
2. I saw this. Any prognosis?
3. I found that the service was not getting removed when the program was shut down. I would have to go into task manager and kill the service before the program would start back up. I then restarted my pc and the problem has not recurred.
Thank you,
Dana Richard

Hello Dana,
Both of those things are being considered for future releases, but we can't say for sure when or if they will be included.
I'm afraid I'm not able to provide a timeline on the fix for this issue. Our developers are aware of it.
That's quite strange, and I'm not sure why that would be happening. We haven't received reports similar to what you describe. I'm glad to hear that it's working again, but definitely let us know if it happens again, and we can try to figure out what's going on.
