Schwab Bank
I am trying to set up Schwab Bank checking account, Schwab investment accounts, and IRAs. I have tried both Schwab Banks listed (Schwab - The the 401k Company and Schwab Retirement Plan Services). Any thoughts are appreciated.

Hi Sue,
There are several branches of Schwab Bank and investment services, some of which support direct connect and some of which cannot. Would you please let me know the exact name of the piece of Schwab you would like to connect to (Schwab 401K, Schwab Retirement Services, Charles Schwab & Co, Inc, or another branch), and I will let you know if we can create that connection.
