Setup online banking not connecting for me or my roommate to our banks during this period..

setup online banking tab guides us to connect to our banks but fails each try to connect with our user name and password that is the same we use to sign into our banks website...

    Hi Scott,

    Many banks require you to contact them first to enable "Direct Connect" (and your login credentials may, or may not be different from the information that you use for their website). Here is an article that explains the process:
