New Banking interface and credentials for Star One Credit Union
Hi MoneyDance,
I'm writing as the Product Manager for Banking products at Tyfone Inc. One of our customers, Star One Credit Union (starone.org), has recently switched to our Digital Banking product. Ever since the switch, Star One CU's users who use MoneyDance haven't been able to sync their bank information. As a result of the switch, the login credentials for users have changed. Can we help MoneyDance adapt to this change quickly?

Hi Prashant,
I'm sorry to hear that some of our customers are having trouble connecting to Star One CU. I can make the necessary changes to Moneydance required to get their connections working again. Please let me know if you'd prefer to connect by phone or direct email in order to resolve the problem faster.
Did the connection parameters for Star One (OFX server address or ID, etc) change at the same time as the login credentials?
