Bank of America Connection Reset
(Tried to post in this forum earlier but it got redirected; sorry for the double post)
As described in this thread:
http://help.infinitekind.com/discussions/switching-to-moneydance-fr...
I'm having the same issue, where no connections to Bank of America succeed. Earlier this morning they were taking some time to timeout, whereas now they fail instantly with a "connection reset" message.

I am having the same issue, cant connect to BOA for some reason. I get the following error:
There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.
There was an error communicating with the server. This could be the result of a network problem, or the server may be offline or not responding. Please try the operation again later.

Ditto! No Bank of America connection after 3 days. I've tried to reset, refresh, change settings, no luck. Error message reads:
"There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.

Same problem as described above, same error message. Cannot connect to BOA from program, but can connect from web, so BOA is okay at their end. Someone give a remedy. Thanks, Bill

Yes, I can connect from the web, but I wouldn't say BoA is "okay at their end." Other applications, such as iBank, are also unable to connect to BoA at this time. Something may have changed with their OFX configuration.

So what do we do to find the problem and correct? When someone finds
the answer please post for all. Thanks again, Bill P

This issue sounds similar to one I am having connecting to Citizens Bank New England and is documented under the problem: Switching from Quicken Mac 2007 to Moneydance
I cannot seem to get any help from md staff. Does anyone know what might be done in this situation??
Bob

The issue is now resolved. I apologize that you didn't hear from us before now. We were researching what the cause might be when BofA resolved the issue. It was a system wide issue on their end.
Bob,
I will reply to your inquiry on the other thread. I apologize that you have not received assistance before now.
