Indiana Members Credit Union
I am able to download transactions in QIF form, but would love to have online banking set up. I'm not sure what the next step would be. I contacted them for an ofx server address, and they gave me a form letter about approved vendors and online transactions for their online bill pay program. Thank you.

Jessica, thank you for your work. I attempted to connect with my bank and got the follow error message:
"There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below. The error code reported by the server was 2000: You are not set up to access the service through this"
Please let me know if this is on your end, IMCU's end, or if I need to contact them for support. Thanks again.

Hi Travis,
Many banks require that you contact them in order to activate your account for direct connections. It sounds like you'll need to do this before you'll be able to connect with Moneydance. Just tell them that you're trying to set up direct connection and that you need them to activate your account for such access. If they give you a hard time about using Moneydance, try calling back and telling them you're using Quicken.
Let me know if you continue to have problems after they're activated your account.
