M & T Bank
Why is it that after over 10 years of using Moneydance and Direct Connect with my bank M & T Bank, I can no longer connect with them? I alerted support but having been waiting since May 1 for a fix. PLEASE HELP ME.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THIS PROBLEM WITH MY BANK RESOLVED? IF YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING, PLEASE REIMBURSE ME $49.99 FOR UPGRADE PURCHASED MAY 3, 2019.

I am very sorry that we haven't yet found a solution for the M&T connection issue.

As agreed in the previous discussion, I have asked our payment processing partners FastSpring to process your refund. They will let you know when the process is complete from their end.
