supporting capitalOne Bank and users guide

I do not see capitalOne bank in your supported list, are there plans to do so?

also I do not see a users guide for moneydance 2019, if there is one would you point me to it

    If you are referring to Capital One 360 they removed their support for Direct Connect some time ago. Direct Connect is the only open protocol for automated transaction downloads. You can still download and import transactions however. See:

    If you have seen support for Capital One in Quicken it is most likely using Web Connect which is a Quicken owned proprietary protocol and not available for general use by other vendors.

    Moneydance replaced their Users Guide with an online Knowledge Base some time ago. The entry point for this is:
