Cannot set up bill payments for Citizens Bank

Hi,

I am trying to set up Bill Payments from my Citizens Bank account. There are many options that look like Citizens Bank, but none that work with my account info. I called my bank and they said it would be listed as Citizens Bank, N.A but I do not see that as an option.

Please let me know how I can link to my account.
