re: banks we can download from
HI, we just signed up for the 'trail'. I clicked on the banks you work with and ours are not listed. It says to contact you.
Redwood Credit Union, Sonoma County
Summit State Bank, Sonoma County
Thank you

Hello Wanda,
Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that either of your banks support direct OFX connections, which Moneydance requires in order to talk directly to a bank. The best way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, OFX, OFC, or QIF files (sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance.
If your banks begin to support direct OFX connections in the future, we will be happy to work with them.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
Ethan
