I can't create a new account

I tried to download from my chase account, but it tell me that I need a new browser. My browser is current.

    I'm a fellow user.

    It sounds like you may be trying to use the browser implementation that is built into Moneydance, if so it is now that this is incomplete and does not work with a lot of banks. The solution in such a case is to use your system browser.

    Hi,

    I'm finally back after 8 months trying again to set up Moneydance.

    Is there a user guide that I can read to try and figure out how to set
    things up?

    I would like to give it a try but I really don't know what I am doing.

    The Moneydance User Guide takes the form of an online Knowledge Base, this is split up like a book into chapters and sections, the entry point is:

    The first few chapter like areas are particular helpful if you are just getting started as they cover much of the basics.
