Unfortunately Everbank doesn't support direct OFX connections,
which Moneydance (and other financial software) requires in order
to talk directly to a bank. The best way to get your transactions
into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download from their web
site. You can download into QFX, OFX or OFC files (aka Quicken or
MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into
Moneydance.
If your bank begins to support direct OFX connections in the
future, we will be happy to work with them.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you
for your interest in Moneydance.

Sincerely,

Now please educate me if needed (it wouldn't be a first!), but I
am converting from Quicken, and I had transaction download there.
Each time I did an "update all," I had a box pop up and ask me 2 of
my Everbank security questions, and then the transactions
downloaded.

Is this something that's possible in a future version of
MoneyDance?

Thanks!

Moneydance uses an integrated web connect model which we may
implement in the future. Basically, they download and import your
files in one step. We are considering this feature for future
versions of Moneydance.

Our wiki is integrated with our feature request and bug reporting
system. Please feel free to register and use these systems to
help improve Moneydance by bringing bugs to our attention and
requesting new features. We now also have voting on all existing
tickets, which helps us determine which requests have the most
demand.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank
you for your interest in Moneydance.
