I'm a fellow customer.
You have not told us what method you use to download data from Chase.
If you have been using Direct Connect, then that will not longer work as Chase have dropped support for this. In this case you have the option of subscribing to Moneydance+ or look at manually downloading and importing transactions files, note QIF files will not work as Chase broke this many years ago.
