What version of Moneydance?
What bank?
Which version of syncing? Direct connect or Moneydance+ ?

The Moneydance menu item Help --> About Moneydance will show the version and build of the software.
Only you can tell us what the bank is that you are trying to download transactions from.
Again only you can tell us what option you tried to use to connect to your bank, you had to choose when you were going through the online banking set up process.
