Forbright Bank
I found searching Forbright and OFX that this other financial software has it in their list of supported OFX institutions:

This list also has USAA Federal Savings Bank on the list, which absolutely no longer works, so that calls into question the validity of the list.
Forbright is not listed in the Moneydance list, but if you can get the fi (financial institution) OFX connects from SEE software, or ask there in their forum for such information (or if it does work - do they have a demo where you can test Forbright?), then any workable OFX can be duplicated (as it is an open standard)
