We recently got a new computer and put Moneydance on this computer and loaded in transaction history from our old computer. We have been using Moneydance for years, but now it says I need to pay more to use it ($49.99). I assume this has something to do with the move to the new computer. Can this be fixed?

    Hi Michelle

You can get your key from your old computer, HELP - ABOUT MONEYDANCE or by entering the email address your used to purchase the original key into the Lost Key box at

The key is valid for the version of Moneydance you purchased plus the next version after that you can get a 50% discount.

If you want to stay with a older version they can be found at

Which ever way you go you need to enter the key into Moneydance on your new computer.

    Hope this helps
