We recently got a new computer and put Moneydance on this computer and loaded in transaction history from our old computer. We have been using Moneydance for years, but now it says I need to pay more to use it ($49.99). I assume this has something to do with the move to the new computer. Can this be fixed?

    Hi Michelle

You can get your key from your old computer, HELP - ABOUT MONEYDANCE or by entering the email address your used to purchase the original key into the Lost Key box at https://infinitekind.com/purchase

The key is valid for the version of Moneydance you purchased plus the next version after that you can get a 50% discount.

If you want to stay with a older version they can be found at https://infinitekind.com/previous-versions-of-moneydance

Which ever way you go you need to enter the key into Moneydance on your new computer.

    Hope this helps
