<p>I believe the 'Memorize' item that you are referring to is accessed by right-clicking any transaction.<br>
Clicking the 'Memorize' item initiates the process of creating a Reminder.</p>
<p>Later versions of Moneydance changed the 'Memorize' item to a 'Create Reminder from Transaction' item.</p>
<p>There is also a 'Memorize' button in any generated Graph or any generated Report.</p>
