Upgrading MD

I bought MD 2017. Your web page says I can upgrade at no change, but when I test my key it wants a payment.
Also, why is new version named MD 2021 when it's on 2020?

Per the help, it sounds like I do need to pay (which I am OK with doing) But please fix your web page to say that upgrades from MD 2019 are free, not MD 2017

just a user here - 2021 is "brand brand new" and given your situation, I would upgrade to 2020 (1929) for now - since THAT is a free upgrade for you. Might as well use the free, and watch and wait to see when 2021 is stable enough to pay for (half price).

Just one users thought. (I'm an I/T guy of 35 years, and have decided to sit on 2020 (1929), at least for a short period as I watch the events - I used to jump on the newest release, but over the years, the newest release tends to have become "the last beta test".)

i am not support staff, just a user.
    Hi John

2021(2006) is now a released version, no longer a preview/beta.

    Hope this helps.
