Moneydance 2021 (build 2008) is the latest stable version, which could be downloaded from here.

In my humble opinion (as a user) it's the latest Preview. 2021.2008

I'm a fellow user.
The latest stable release is 2006, however we know of a Mac problem with this version plus there are a couple of little issues in it. Build 2008 resolves these.
Build 2008 is unlikely to become a stable issue because of a more recent issue around the latest version of MacOS, there is a simple workaround. Hence the next stable issue is likely to be something post 2008. There has been a major issue around the Investment house Charles Schwab witch requires programming changes so I would expect there will not be a release until a solution for this can also be included.
