If you're not using downloads, those transactions between cash and MM may not be visible. If you are, just unselect everything but the MM fund.

david.dtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/488826432020-12-05T22:47:42Z2020-12-05T22:47:42ZReporting: Cash Balance of Investment Account

I just checked. It depends on the. report. The Account Balances report is quite happy for you to select the Investment account with no securities selected.

However, on the portfolio report, if you deselect all the shares then you don't get the totals. One way to trick it is as follows... Create a security called anything. I have one called "Investment Fees" which I use to allocate various things to. Add the new Investment Fees security (or whatever you call it) to your account. In the report, select the account, and only the Investment Fees stock *which has zero shares and zero value) and your report will show the cash balance.. Use / add the same security to all your investment accounts....

Stuart Beesley (Mr Toolbox)tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/488826432020-12-12T22:33:38Z2020-12-12T22:33:39ZReporting: Cash Balance of Investment Account

Thank you, Stuart! Both of your suggestions worked for me. For point-in-time reporting, I can just use the account balances report. For graphing over time, I can use the zero-balance security as you suggested. Clever work-around!

Jazon
