Backup
I have Moneydance 2019 - I am always afraid to update my computer to the latest update as in the past I have lost my moneydance files (this has not happened since Moneydance 2019, but still fearful).
Can you tell me where the files are backed up? It seems when I do a backup of my computer, the money dance files are not on that disc, just the address. Are the files confidently backed up on the cloud?

Hi Marjorie,
I'm not from IK Support, however you can check File > Preferences > Backups, or Help > Show Backup folder. There are automatic backups and manual backups (File > Export Backup) which may, or may not be in the same location. Moneydance does not backup your data to the cloud. The user may either use the default location(s), or select their own, local, or cloud based storage.
