Unable to transfer files on iMac 2020 from older iMac
I recently sent a message to your company last week that I was having a problem with transferring my Moneydance file from my 2017 iMac to my 2020 iMac. I have tried using "Import new account set" but not successful. I'm overly cautious not to loose my data and need some help in transferring this information.

I would suggest you look at the following article:

Fundamentally you are moving the data files between computers, much the same way as you would move a document or spreadsheet file. There is no need to use the import function unless you were migrating from a very old version of Moneydance.
