<p>I believe the timeline will be determined by when a native Java is available for the platform. This is what the main Moneydance software is dependent on with any platform.</p></div>dwgtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/489070462020-12-18T15:41:56Z2020-12-18T15:41:56ZDevelopment for Apple Silicon-based Macs<div><p>User here too: There's public information that the team is "very close" to a native version, and a few weeks ago I saw an arm64 version of Java was available to developers. It am hopeful it will be soon. All that being said, I think the Rosetta2 translation is faster on M1 than x86-64 native version was on my 2019 MBP!</p></div>Jamietag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/489070462020-12-18T16:20:04Z2020-12-18T16:20:04ZDevelopment for Apple Silicon-based Macs<div><p>Thanks for chiming in on this fellow users, good to know and not unexpected that the MoneyDance team is on top of this. Agreed on Rosetta performance being as good if not better than x86-64, I have just been getting the occasional (only twice in two weeks since upgrading) crash.</p></div>tkruse14
