Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.</p>
<p>You could try removing and recreating the connection. In order to achieve this navigate to Online menu->Moneydance+ Set up and where it reads "Connected" on the right, click and select disconnect in the popup. Then try to recreate the connection as outlined <a href="https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/moneydance/connect-accounts-with-moneydance">here</a>.</p>
<p>Alternatively, in order to determine what might be causing the problem, could you provide the information below:</p>
<p>Which version and build of Moneydance are you using?<br>
To check, open Moneydance and select Moneydance --> About Moneydance</p>
<p>Which bank are you connecting with?</p>
<p>Would it be possible to see a screenshot of the error message/s?</p>
