Do you mean.. Menu, Extensions, Extract Data: auto extract mode?

In each section of extract data there is an option to enable auto extract. Once you have run an extract once, then it will be added to the AR feature.. From that point onwards, if you select auto extract, then it will run all the auto extract report types with the last saved parameters.
