Printing a report for only one category
Good afternoon,
It is possible to print a report of only one category in MD V2022.5?
If not, I might be interested in upgrading my MoneyDance software.

Sure,
Use an Income and Expense report. Details one to show each transaction.
In the parameters just ensure that the only category selected is the one you want. You will have to select show by item to get the list.

I was able to create a detailed report for one category, but my check
number is not displaying. Is there a way to include this field on the
report? Thanks!

You can not have the cheque # field in an I.& E report.
Take a look at the Transaction Filter report, it may suit your needs better.
