Editable Check# List
I want to trim down the options and add (if needed) to the options in the check# list.
Based on discussions, I can no longer do this. When I click "Edit list" it gives me 3 options, but not the entirety of my list.
I'll take any help to do this, or it sounds like the developers got rid of this option to clean things up. Thanks.

Hi Erin,
As dwg has advised, you should refer to this article for information on editing the check field entries.
When you click 'Edit List...', the check options at the top are in the 'Static list'.
These are check items that will always be displayed in the Check field.
Below this are the options for automatically including recently used check items.
You can choose which accounts to include check items from, and the maximum number of check items to be displayed.
To reduce the number of check items you're seeing in the Check field, you should amend the settings at the bottom of the window.
Try reducing the "Max Entries" field. If you set this to 10, it will display only the 10 most recently used check entries.
Alternatively, you can change the "Recent Entries" field to "Don't Include".
Then press "+" and use the static list at the top to enter all check items you use frequently.
By doing this, your recently used check items won't be included in the list. But all items you've added to the static list will always be displayed.
If you are still having trouble setting this up correctly, send me a screenshot of the window you see when you click 'Edit List...'. This will allow me to see what settings you have selected, and I can let you know the exact changes to make.
