Checking restored backup
Sorry, double post!…
Having restored from a backup, is there a good way to check it is OK, apart from changing a few entries or deleting / adding new ones then saving and reloading to check they have stuck?

You are looking at the various Diagnostic tools in Toolbox.
The first one is "Analyse Dataset Objs, Size & Files" Depending on what this shows it may lead you to look at other tools.
