Can the right pane column "balance" be dragged over from the right hand side

I'm testing Moneydance (Win) on the 16:9 monitor, opened full screen. While the columns can be expanded/minimized, the right hand "balance" column is always anchored to the right hand side of the app/screen. Is there a way un-anchor the right hand side and reduce the balance column width leaving white space between the right side of the balance column and the right side off the app/screen?

    As far as I am aware, all columns are fixed position, you can only alter width.
