Switching from windows OS to Linux OS
I currently have Moneydance on a windows system which is backed up on a zip drive. When I get my new computer and download the Linux version of Moneydance, should there be any problem using the zip drive to transfer the existing data to the new computer?

So long as Linux can mount the drive it should work. Linux support FAT and NTFS file systems.
