Search not working in public discussions
Is there an ETA on when search will be fixed in the public discussions? Without it it is difficult to know if someone has already reported a problem I am experiencing.

Try logging out of the forums.
Search seems to work only if you're logged out.
It's stupid, I know.

Could you please confirm which browser you are currently using?
The functionality has been verified to work as expected on Firefox and Edge.

Maddy,
Search only works with Firefox if you are NOT logged into the forums. If you are logged in, it fails with the indicated error.

I did log out and indeed search works when I am logged out.
MacOS Tahoe Version 26.1
Chrome Version 143.0.7499.41 (Official Build) (arm64)

The search field on Infinite Kind’s Tender support site appears to break when users are logged in because of a technical issue with the Tender platform’s authentication and search integration. In other words, the search bar works for public visitors, but once you log in, the site relies on a different search endpoint tied to your account, and that part isn’t functioning correctly.
We’re currently addressing the issue and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Tender have not posted any updates on their support site, they appear to be unresponsive, despite repeated requests.
