Report customizing
I have been using Moneydance for approx. 11 months and I am very happy with it. I ran some reports to get information for filing my taxes. Is there a way to customize reports and add columns to the report? We had a lot of medical expenses this past year and payments were made by check, credit card and cash. Sometimes the amounts were the same. I would like to add the column that shows check numbers or the codes I use for method of payment.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

You cannot add columns to the reports, the column display is fixed.

I can see you’ve received a reply from one of our knowledgeable Moneydance customers. To add to this useful information I thought it's worth mentioning that you could use the extension Extract Data version 1046. This is available from Extensions->Manage Extensions->Extract Data
This extension is designed to help you export your data to the screen or a CSV file, allowing you to open it in Excel where you can easily filter, sort, and analyze it, as you wish.
