Two Phantom entries in My Register

I tried posting this in the Problems section but no one has responded.

I have been having a problem with syncing to the Android mobile app. Sean Reilly helped me and got it fixed. However, I just discovered a problem with my checking register. I have two transactions both dated 2/8/26 that show as uncleared when I filter the register to show uncleared transactions. But when I show all transactions and look at those two they both show as cleared, and I double checked in my bank's register and they both have cleared my bank. I can't see the two uncleared transactions when I'm not filtering for uncleared. Somehow they are in the register as duplicate transactions but I can only see the cleared ones.
So, I marked those two as cleared and now when I balance the register I'm off by the amount of the two transactions. But now I can't find them anymore because they don't show up as uncleared and they don't show up as duplicated in the register. Somehow they are hidden.

   Your message is confusing.

   You say "... But when I show all transactions and look at those two they both show as cleared"

   And then say "I can't see the two uncleared transactions when I'm not filtering for uncleared"

   So, can you see them (always) or not?

   Can you do this..

   1. restart MD, then menu, help, show console. Grab a copy of that and upload it here as a .txt file

   2. keep console open and then go back to the register and make the 2 txns appear.. Then right click each and show raw details. Grab that and upload those here. Then flip the filter to the 'other view' where you say the status changes, and again, show raw details for both ,and upload those here.

   When I look at all transactions I see those two as cleared. When I filter
   to see uncleared I see those same transactions as not cleared. It seems to
   me that the two uncleared transactions are duplicates but are somehow
   hidden when I filter to see all transactions.

   Unfortunately I screwed up. When I was viewing uncleared transactions I
   was stupid and I marked them cleared. But when I went back to all
   transactions I do not see the duplicate transactions and now I don't see
   them in the uncleared view. They are hidden somehow. Now my balance is off
   by the amount of those two hidden transactions.

   Here are the files you requested. But only for the two transactions that I can see. The two duplicate hidden ones which I mistakenly cleared I cannot see any longer so I can't get the raw details for those.

   How do you know the two you 'cannot' see are still there? If you cannot see them, there is nothing for me to debug? I suspect you adjusted your balance to include these two extra, and now you have deleted them somehow and thus you need to again adjust your balance..

   The only other thing you can do to prove they are still there is to run extension extract_data and then extract account registers/transactions, extract to csv, and open in Excel. Then can you find the duplicates in there?

   I know they are still there because if I change the amounts on the
   transactions I can see to 0 them my balance is correct. If I make the
   amounts on the ones I can see the original amounts then my balance is off
   by that amount.

   I did and I do not see the duplicate entries. So I don't know what to do
   now. All I can do is delete the two entries I can see and when I do the
   balance in my register will be correct. If I leave the two that I can see
   the balance is off. I can also make the amounts $0 for those two
   transactions and my balance is then correct.

   If they are not in the extract then they are not there. You probably have a reconciling issue that you need to resolve.
