How Link Categories to Actions - Divinc and Intinc
When I enter dividends or interest income, the default category is "Accrued Int". I have to manually click on this category and scroll to the desired category "_Divinc" or " _Intinc". When I run reports I want these latter categories. As i typically have many of these transactions, this manual process is cumbersome.
Is there a way to "link" the categories I want ( "_Divinc" or " _Intinc") to the descriptive check # column when I select either "Div" or "Miscincome" and then input "Interest Income" into the description field?
