I was reconciling my accounts and there was a small difference between reconciliation and cleared. I hit done, becuase I didnt want to fish around for a $.2 difference so I hit "done". Where is the adjustment on my register?

There isn’t one. Your reconciliation will be to the last calculated balance. If you redo reconciliation you will still have the difference.

Hitting done does not magically add an adjustment transaction., it just says you have finished the account reconciliation.

If you want to add an adjustment use the Adjust Account Balance option from the Account menu.

This will not add a transaction but will change the Balance Adjustment field in the Account Information screen.

An additional alternative would be to create a "Balance Adjustment" category, and enter in a fake transaction in your register with the correction amount and that category. That would allow you to track where exactly you made adjustments.
