Edit number of decimal places in securities
I can see how to create new securities with 6 decimal places (which I need in order to match with purchases of part shares to this precision from my broker).
However with the data I imported from Quicken. Moneydance automatically created the securities with 4 decimal places and I cannot see how to edit them to 6 to keep track of purchases I made and recorded in Quicken prior to imprting into Moneydance.
Is there a way to do this (even if it means editing in HTML - I can see this might be possible, but if so, how is the edited file re-imported into Moneydance)?
Thanks
Rob

I have resolved this.
I exported my md file as XML, then opened it in notepad.
Searched for DECPLACES>4 and replaced this with DECPLACES>6 where I needed 6 places of decimals.
Saved file, then opened Moneydance and File/Opened the XML file.
