get a definition of a data element is not satisfactory. With
support like this, I can't trust our portfolio to MoneyDance. In
other words... there's no longer any need to answer my
question.

Dianetag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/2857982009-08-25T21:33:39Z2009-08-25T21:33:39Z% change

Diane

I am sorry that I have not responded to your inquiry sooner. We
have been very busy on the forum since Microsoft dropped support
for MS Money and I am afraid some cases have slipped through the
cracks. I realize that three weeks is an acceptable amount of time
to wait for a response even for free technical support.

You are correct that the % change is based on the cost basis and
not the days change. Currently the software does not display %
change for the current day and this cannot be altered without
writing additional code.

I am sorry that our level of support failed you in this
matter

Sincerely
