If you buy Moneydance 2008 you will get a free upgrade to MD2010
when it is released.

We have never and shall never force our users to upgrade by
crippling the software. Many do choose to upgrade because we often
provide free upgrades. Or if the user purchased a significant
amount of time ago the upgrade cost is at a considerable discount.
(I believe there was a $20 charge upgrading from MD2004 to MD2008)
And in such situations if the user does not wish to pay for an
upgrade they can continue to use their existing software with out
loss of functionality.

Sincerely

Thanks for the quick response! Your answers to my questions were
exactly
what I wanted to here! The heavy handed greed of Quicken could be
there
downfall! I informed them that they have after many years as a
customer,
they had driven me away. None of the changes that have been made to
Quicken
2009 apply to how I use the software and 2006 was doing everything
I needed
it to. So I fail to see why I should pay them an additional $50.00
for
changes that I will not use.

I am looking forward to being long time customer of yours.
