When I get money from
the ATM, I record it as a transfer from my bank account to my cash
account. When I pay for something with cash, I simply record that
transaction in the cash account - same way I pay for something out

create a new transaction,<br>
enter the date & description,<br>
'Category' tells what you are using the cash for, you might choose
"Bills:Phone" if you're paying your phone bill, Lastly, enter the
amount.<br>
