Resending this as nobody has replied

The one snag is that the computer now thinks the old version is a trial version, so how do I get around that.

The billing address when we bought the software was Flat 16, 150 Wapping High Street, London E1W 3PH, UK.

Your response has slightly baffled me.
At the moment on the old computer I have:
- The original version, details which I sent - now described as unregistered
- The new trial version, which I am happy to buy - at the upgrade price

At the moment when I open the new version of MoneyDance it gives me the option of convert, convert and import or cancel

Please see below screenshots of
- the original moneydance 617 (now showing as unregistered)
- the welcome screen for the new version

Please could you send me
- the code to get the upgrade price
- a step by step idiotproof guide how to set up the account in the new version
-Instructions how to do the backup from the original 617 version

The purpose of the exercise is to get Moneydance running smoothly on the old computer before transferring it to the new machine later in the year.

Thanks
