Hi, just wondering about any plans to introduce a new version for 2020?

We haven't made any definitive plans about this. We also don't generally release timelines for our updates, because we'd rather release a product when it is finished and stable, rather than releasing something at an arbitrary date that isn't ready (or failing release it then and having people get upset for no reason!).

We're continuing to make updates to the program, which you can see on our preview page ( Based on where we are in the development process, my guess would be that we're just going to continue to release a few more minor updates for the 2019 version this year, and likely have the next major release be a 2021 version later this year. Again though, that's just my best guess based on how things have gone in previous years compared with where we are at now, so don't hold me to that!

I also was wondering about this. I must use build 1894 (that's 2019.4) in order to download transactions for my Costco card, but that build is just past my free upgrade point. I would like to purchase it. I'm not pushing, just letting you know there is commerce involved :-)

A purchase of an upgrade to Moneydance 2019 will work for all of the minor releases of 2019 (the decimal place after the year). If you need to purchase an upgrade to this version, it's already available!
