How do i change the order or add / delete in check# column. I am using version 2019.4.
I have attempted to access the box contained in image attached but all that gets dispayed is the comments box and no facility to change anything. How do I dispay the image as shown

Hi nailhac,
I'm not from IK Support, but the instructions that you presented are accurate for the current Stable version 2019.3 (1880) and Preview versions/builds prior to 2019.4 (1902). The Developer made a change to how the Check # field operates.

Note that Preview Versions are subject to change and that I'm sure that any user feedback is welcome.

With the later preview builds including 2019.4(1904) to add an item to the dropdown list simple type it into the Cheque# field. The item will be in the dropdown the next time you use it.
