A report on expenses of one category

I would like to run a report on the expenses incurred in one category. The Water Well Association. How can I do that?

    This is not tax related. I need to run an expense report on one category only.

    Hi Bill & Loretta,

    You should look to either of the Income and Expense reports for this data.

    From the left side bar, select one of the I & E reports.
    Click the 'Edit' button in the upper right-hand corner to access the report's parameters.
    Set the parameters as desired.
    To be able to select an individual category, look to the buttons above the large box at the bottom of the parameters window.
    Click the 'None' button, then click the 'By Individual' button.
    You should now be able to select the desired individual category to generate the report on.
