Editing Category tags
I set up using basic tags. Is there a way to add more specific tags such as insurance or convert the document to the more detailed version

Hello,
Let's first make sure we're clear on terms here. Categories in Moneydance are either income or expense designations to track where your income or expenses are from. Tags are separate flags you can apply to transactions that also have categories, like if you wanted to group together many transactions over multiple expense categories for something like a vacation. All transactions must have a category, but the use of tags are optional.
