<p>Firstly</p>
<ol>
<li>Ignore the Dividend Reinvestment transactions type, it will not
work in this situation<br></li>
<li>Don't worry about the Bank Register so this is all done n the
investment register</li>
</ol>
<p>To enter the transaction</p>
<p>1, Enter the Dividend as Div transactions type categorizing the
amount as appropriate., e.g. Investment:Dividend<br>
2. Enter a Buy transaction for the reinvestment entering price,
fees and amount as usual</p>
<p>This should leave a remaining amount that will stay in the
account and can be used along with the next dividend receipt for
the next DRIP round</p></div>dwg
