How to delete a CD
Hello,
I would like to know if there is a way to delete a completed term CD. When I read the box alert, it stated it would remove all transactions associated with this account. My question is how do you handle this type of account when it is completed and will not be used again?
Thank you for your help
Bob Merritt

Hi Robert,
Select the account that you want to remove (hide), then go to the menu item "Account > Edit Account", then check the box "Inactive", then "OK".
On the Sidebar, right-click on the Account and select "Remove from Sidebar".
Transactions associated with the CD will not be deleted, but the Account will be hidden. Should you need to recover the account, you can do so by selecting the "+" sign at the bottom left corner of the Application Window, then choose the account and click on the "Add" button (then activate it again...).
Hope this helps,
Tony
