IRA accounts
I have 3 individual IRA accounts (mutual funds). Is there a way to group them under 1 Investment account such as "personal IRA"?

If these are exchange traded funds with a distinct share count and share price, then yes.
It is simple a matter of creating a security for each then adding you initial holdings to the account. Please reference these FAQ' on how to do that:

If your holdings are more complex than that please give me the specifics on how the funds work and I can better advise.
