Cost in Portfolio report

A problem which arose in the first version of MD 2017 has not been corrected in MD 2017.4
In the Portfolio report the Cost Basis remains the same regardless of what date is used. See below - the cost of an investment at 31 Dec 2016 is 30,711.86 when per the Cost Basis report it should be 30,190.66. The Portfolio report always uses the latest cost. The Balance in the Portfolio report correctly changes when the date changes. This problem means the Gains in the Portfolio report is not correct unless the current date is used in the Portfolio report. [Reports use ddmmyyyy format]
