Get dividends automatically from Yahoo/Google finance
Is there a way to automatically get dividends paid from stocks and real estates investment listed in Yahoo/Google Finance?

If your broker allows direct connect you can set up online banking and down load the transactions:

If your broker website provides transaction history downloads in qif or qfx format you can import these into MD:

You can also set a transaction reminder to record you re-occurring dividends:
